No, it's a 15 inch wheel.

I have been doing my research on converting the Standard specs for American wheels to that of Imports.
The wheels are 15"x8" with a 5x4 bolt pattern (5x100). I measured the backspacing (rear spacing) of the stock wheels, and it comes out to 6". The backspacing on these wheels comes in two measurements. You can get either a 3-5/16'' backspacing or a 4.5'' backspacing. The 3-5/16 I figured would push the wheel out further as a 3-5/16 would put it into the Negative Offset range. The 4.5" backspacing according to Jegs.com says it's a +12 offset. But the conversion chart I found has a 4.5" backspacking as being a 0 offset.
According to all the measurements, the wheel should fit. The clearance in the rear (from mounting surface to the inside of the fender) is the most important part. The measurements add up, and there should be no problem with clearance in the rear. I don't mind it sticking out past the fenders though (as these are drag wheels that will have slicks mounted to them), I'm just wondering HOW far out past the fenders they will be.

Nebster said it wouldn't stick out far, but just a couple of millimeters.
Found this image searching on google, but my settings would not put the wheel out as far as this civic has them:

I went out and measured the distance from the ground to the bottom of the fender, and it came out to 26" (on H-tech springs). From the ground to the top of the tire it's 24".
