Sounds like you need to do alot more research.

If the wheels are OEM you can find offsets online, if not theyre should be a sticker on the inside barrel.

There is not offset sticker, all is stamp on the wheel is jwl made in japan..

I know this may bring contreversy but actually some real bbs wheels were made in japan specially some bbs rs, lm etc older models...

My main concern is not if they are real or not i dont care about that... Although would be nice to know... The wheel look petty good .

Am mostly concern trying to figure out offset... I have done some reseach for bbs rs 17x9.5 pattern 5x120 and some have et50 and et55... But i am not 100 percent mines are that high.????

Take off the center cap, all the info you need is there on the wheel in between the bolt holes on the front. Post up a pic if you want. It'll even have the part number if it's a factory wheel. I also had my Style 5s drilled to 5x100 bolt pattern, but the shop drilled it kind of shallow to where I could only get three turns on the lugnut before tightening. I got extended wheel studs(I went overboard by getting ARP lol, maybe a 5 or 10mm longer stud is what I really needed though) and the diameter of the hole is def small which limits my lug nut options.

So there's no other info on the wheel besides the RM17? Guess we'll wait and see when you get the wheels back. Like Yellow said look for a sticker on the barrel. Also the offset can be figured out with a ruler and straight edge laid across the back of the wheel.

Some BBS wheels were made in Japan. I thought RMs never came in 17" only 15-16" which is why the stamp is throwing me off. Other than appearance, the main differences between the RM and RS are the face is cast, not forged like the RS and they're also 2 piece instead of 3.

Also weird, the wheels pictured have 34 bolts when RMs only have 30. I'm starting to think these are really RCs (which also have 34 bolts).

Ummmm interesting what everyone has to say. I looked for the pictures of the rc's and they seem to be slighly different so now am totally confused with rm's rs's and rc's lol.... Becasue all these rims seem to have some very similar features

There's the possibility they're ACT's. Multipiece but not real, they're still reps.

Yeah you can see it here. Plus the weave on his looks a little flatter than on RCs.

ok guys SOOOOOOO.......... today i went back to the shop.... and finally my rims!! are 5x100 sweet.>!!!!!

so now we have another issue..... when mounted on the car... the back portion of the rim!! hits the suspension so it basically means it has a very high offset.. probabily a 40-45 maybe 48?????? or even 50....... it hits just a little... not too much but it does makes contact!! here is 2 quick picks on car. this was with the car on the jack, maybe it will make less contact with the jack down but it wont be much.. so

SOOOOO.........we tried a 5mm spacer that was in the shop to test fit it and it cleared with the 5mm but to bring it out flush with fenders we suggested a 10mm

so went back to the shop again and we decided to make a custom set of (4) hubcentric spacers to match the bore of the rim and the bore of the tc stock which i believe is 54.1 our calculations suggested 10mm what do you guiys think??????? i dont want ridicoulous poke. maybe just a little but preffer hellaflush lol!!!

so with that said this is the process so far that i have made lol.. not very!! but its getting there....!!

and i am prob going to be stretcing a 215/40 or 215/45 on the 17x9.5

any suggestions... i know i will need to get coils to lower the car down since i am on h-tech there will be a small gap. but once i get all spacers made!! i will post pictures of final stanced! as of now!!!
