a 225/35/20 is going to be quite a bit larger than stock... the closest to stock size is 225/25/20 which is only .66% larger.
i know thats a *really* thin sidewall... but we're fitting 20's here... it's kinda difficult haha

do they even make a 25 series 20????
and keep in mind its an 07 so i have to have room for the air pressure monitors lol. i can live with a larger then stock tire, im just wondering if i will still be able to turn!??!?

225-30-20 is the way to go, but i would only run that width tire on a 20x7.5 not a 20x8.5. on the wider wheel that 225 will be tooo stretched and could blow out if you hit something in the road
yea, even a 30 is riskin it..
I would think twice about doing this. I would go with a 35 series and have a shop modify what need to be modified. 20 inch rims are expensive, and damaging them is not something you want to do...

You guys need to stop hating, lol! I have 20's...225/35/20 to be exact....yes it's risky, but I love it! I'm putting two new tires on today, so when they are on, and she's washed, I'll post pics....GO BIG or GO HOME!!!
I'm on the stock suspension right now, but I'll be going with h-techs this summer, hopefully. DUBs are expensive, but you have to decide what kind of driving you're doing. The ride is a little rough (it's normal, trust me!), but the girls don't complain and it's always funny to pull up next to a tC with 17s or 18s....they look at you like...'you can't be serious, those fit?!'
My 'DUB' badges are a nice touch too, lol...I'll post pics soon guys....
