What tires did your car come with?

my first tC came with the infamous potenzas

but my rs2 has yokohamas?

Is that just me or just rs2's or has scion decided to change this across the range?

 

some tC also get the yoko and for RS2 the potenzas.

i dont really know how they decide which tire is put on. but people shouldnt get the impression that just because its Yokohamas that it will be better overall. its just another OE spec tire like bridgestone.

 

my car came with potenza's... needless to say, they weren't around too long. i actually like my tires to have wet traction (let alone dry traction lol).

 

My car came with the Yokohamas, blew one and it was the biggest pain to get a replacement. No shop in Miami had them and all wanted to slap a special order charge on my behind. ONLINE is gold.

 

scion switched to yokos in like last sept/nov, i got mine around then i got RE92s, but sow most of the tcs on the lot with yokos.

 

hmm.. so far from what i've seen, it's a hit or miss.... it's either yokos or potenzas... purely random from what i've seen.

regardless of '06 or not.... but yeah.. i'll check again to see if it's actually stabilized..

 

i cagged it when i got my car and i made the dealer to give me a free tires for life certificate. when time came to get new tires they gave me nexen n3000's, 80 dollar tires.. i know because i blew another two
