i just did both of my front and i know i need to do a little more. I did pull the fenders a bit and came out nicely. Used the old baller style method: HAMMER!
right side had some paint chips but o well. left side is good.
I'll need to take a drive to see how much it will be rubbing

 

I was on 19x8.5 +38 on the fronts and I was just lowered on TRD springs and they were rubbing all the time so i just removed them. Looks a little off but its all good. Only bad thing is that your engine bay gets dirty super quick!

Dust, sand, water, salt, all goes right inside when the wheel flicks it forward into your fan shroud which then blows it all over the motor and exhaust. Pretty simple IMO.
