Anyone have any experiece with NEX-O or Exel Rims?
Guys I was orignally gonna get some axis rims I like the look of the pentas but axis rims are so damn expensive. Well I found two rims that might do but they are will inexpensive so I was wondering if anyone has any knowledge about them. The two rims are:
1) Exel E-22 18" for around $600 for all 4
2) NEX-O M-20 18" for around $600 all 4
I am gonna keep the tC until she dies but I am not looking to exceed say $1000 to $1500 in rims becuz other than looks they are kinda useless. And seeing as I am now able to save $1k dollars each month and put it to the side for a down payment on a house while see being able to pay off my bills and car note. I still want to trick my car out alittle bit but seeing as I am a 20 year old making around $40,000 a year and only having to pay $300 a month for rent at my parents place I might as well save so I can BUY my own house. Well if ya'll have any advise on these rims or any other rims that look kinda like the axis pentas but cheaper I would greatly appreciate. Thanks Cory

I have a set of E-22's on my box and I love them. They really look great! These are my second set of Excel wheels and I haven't had a single problem with them. Some people may tell you that they ben easily but I think it depends on your suspension. If you do your suspension the right way your wheels shouldn't bend. That is, as long as you don't go autoxing with them. But that would just be plain dumb. So, as long as your suspension set up is fine they are great wheels.

Do you mean Exel wheels?Because if you do I have the Exel-M7s on my car and so far I have nothing to complaint about them,I think they look good and they are affordable. Is that what you have in mind then go for it,some people might tell you they are knockoffs of other wheels but hey, when you are on a budget these wheels will look and perform well.

I had exel P-5's on my turbo civic:
17x7
Never had a single issue with them. Loved them til' the day i sold the car. Boost and all......*tear* I bought them from wheelmax.com, the only place i know that sells Exels, maybe even the ONLY place. But they're a good wheel in my books. Budget wheels

The second pair of rims in the Black are the NEX-O M-20's they are 18x7.5 either 35 or 45 offset and they go for around $640 for the rims on www.wheelmax.com. And the ones I will probably get the black ones that I posted first are the Excel E-22's also 18x7.5 35 or 45 offset and they go for around $600 for all four and the package deal with some Nankang 225/40/18's and the road hazard package on both rims and tire that will pay for up to three tires being replaced and three rims being replaced if something goes wrong in the first year for only a comfortable $1097 plus tax probably. Maybe if I am in such a good mood tomorrow when I get off work I might decide to order them and get it over with. Well seeing how it is now 12:30am and I have to get up for work at around 5:30am I think it is time to call it a night. Have a good night everyone and have a wonderful FOURTH OF JULY.

Well I did it I ordered my Excel e-22's todays with the Hankook Ventus HR II in225/40/18's I decided to go with what I think would be a better tire judging by the ratings from customers with each tire. And I also saved $100 becuz of the 4 of July so basically that payed me for the tax. So total package was around $1200. Hope everything turns out as I expect. Once installed pics will be posted.
