yea i think they look pretty good too. and they are kinda lightweight 17 pounds per rim only. i'mma get these when my tires need to be replaced. maybe around summer.

I voted "sometimes, depends on the theme." I have them on my IIP and I think the black/blue combo looks great. I will agree that they're played out. I bought mine in March 06 and I never saw anyone (not just Scions, rides in general) with black rims. Then this past summer, it seemed like Walmart was having a midnight madness sale on them because everywhere I went I started seeing them. I still love the way they look on my car so I'm going to stick with them.

Here's what i'm thinkin about doing. I want to take these rims http://www.car-rims.com/detail.aspx?ID=610 and i want to repaint every other spoke blue. Not every 2 spokes, every other spoke. Let me know what you think.

They would be the same as the car if not, close to nautical blue as possible.

 

Or maybe have the smaller ones blue and leave the bold ones black....
