Ciao
hello
thought i'd give this a try y not! I own a 06 tC and am from Italy (kinda of a given from my nick no? )
Can I start off with a question that has been a thorn in my side? Is 18' wheels really the max. recommended for tCs?
Ty!

yeah i saw that but i was wondering how big u can put them without "compromising" the handling...? i take a very curvy road everyday and i need stability
i heard 18 would be good enough both estetically and handling wise

I was told by a friend who used to have Axis 19"s on his SW tC that the handling suffered considerably compared to stock. He said his SW was 'sloppy'. I wouldn't go any higher than 18"s for safety concerns. If you're going to be doing some car shows, you might want to look into geting some 19"s then.

make the ride harsher
be more prone to curb damage (not that the stockers aren't already)
cost more $$$
maybe a wee bit better handling
as an aside, be sure to NEVER brake or lift off the throttle whilst in a turn. that is a sure fire way to meet the ditch/guardrail. brake before and throttle out after the apex.

I dont have bad driving habits
it was wet/humid on a one lane street on the mountain...the turn was after a hill so i didn't see it i was too late i had to brake while making the turn or i would have had to change into a flying squirrel cos there are no guardrails

i'd say the biggest help with that would be sway bars....namely just the rear.
Oh, and we don't fight over who get's modded first....I usually go first and she steals whatever i have D:<
for example, she now wants stick instead of auto :\.....guess who's car she gets to use to learn how to drive stick

i think it was TRDSparks or soemthing that had a special going....it was TRD springs and rear sway for $250. We jumped on it seeing as how I needed a sway bar and she needed some springs.
Anyway, you should be able to find it for 100-200 for just the rear
