What kind of application will you use them for? Brembos are excellent. I posted some thoughts over here:

They're good too. Made in the USA!

However, Rotora list pretty much the same as Brembos; atleast from what I've seen.

Take a look at Brembos. The rotors are not overpriced and the blanks aren't Japanese crap. On average (again, from what I've seen) Rotora rotors are only a few dollars less than Brembos for a complete set.

for just regular street riding is it best to get the cross drilled and slotted, or just a single application

The only time you'll run into problems with cross drilled rotors, is under extended periods of hard braking. The drilled holes could cause weaknesses in the rotor which would in turn crack due to heat and other stresses. I put cross drilled on my C5 because I won't be autocrossing every weekend. Slotted are great regardless of what you do in the car because they can prevent the pads from glazing over. But, to answer your original question, yes the D/S would be fine for daily driving situations.

cross drilled and slotted is designed to release heat, and pad dust easier. so i would recommend slotted, drilled, or slotted and drilled.

I personally like dimpled and slotted, mainly because I dont trust drilled rotors. ( I dont recommend this brand, dont even know it, but its an example of the type I like )

rotorpros.com

Rich is an extremely nice guy! He hooked me up with the "Dimpled & Slotted" rotors w/black zinc plating for cheap!
Good quality and fast shipping! Shoot him an email for $$$.

TireRack doesn't give any awesome deals, but they also don't overcharge. They do, however, ship incredibly fast.

I think that excerpt from their product description pretty much sums it up.
