ya have the full suspension, springs/stuts/shocks.

and my wheels are 18x8 with 35 offset

yes they are quiet, they are realy nice, its a wet handling tire, but its fine for every day driving. i got them cause sometimes it rains bad here, and theses tires grip like crazy
