18x8.5 is only available in 30 or 40 offset.

 

The +40 offset on a 8.5" width wheel should still look somewhat flush right?

What is the margin of difference between that an 8" width w/ +35 offset?

 

NO Black RPFs in ANY size listed on their current inventory as of 2/12/09

 

I believe the black was a limited run in 08. There were a few places selling them online though last time i checked. Whetehr or not they are in stock i dotn know. Call tirerack or search the web cause i cant remember the other place i saw them.

 

Might have been a limited edition thing for sure.

 

There are templates on some websites to help you determine this. I know you can get some sort of idea based off StopTech's BBK template to verify caliper clearance.

I will post some specs for that wheel in a bit considering that I have gotten about 20 PMs about it.

 

black rpf1s were a limited edition thing. there's a few used black ones going around, but none are on sale new on the market as of now.

18x8 is available in a 35 or 40mm offset.

 

Note on the RPF1 with a nearly flush fit.

We run a 17x8, 5x100, 35ET with a 5 mm spacer for an effective 30ET. Remember that alignment (specifically camber) dictates what you can run as well.
