Me too. Something completely new and even though I've seen quite a few "breakthroughs" in tires over the years, there really hasn't been much more than "refinement" since the invention of the pneumatic tire. Runflats have been around since the 70's, but they have all kind of problems that will never really be solved. This will do away with air filled tires forever. It will probably also do away with bent wheels.

I wish that this hadn't been moved from the Owners Lounge. Hardly anyone ever comes in here, and I think this is a more than just another thread about tires. I've seen overagressive modding kill plenty of bbs.

 

those aren't available to purchase. They are still in the testing phaes.

 

theyre still heavier than the avg wheel+tire combo. they are pricey. i dont know the treadlife you would get from them. not to mention theyre ugly as shtits

 

Put a spinner on 'em and I'm sold.
