Default How long did it take you?

Ive had my 06 SW for bout 2 and a half months i guess and my opinion on wheels has gone back and forth from side to side a million times on not only whether to just powdercoat my wheels or if dont, what type of wheel (racing, chrome or not), what size (stickin to 17s or goin 18s), what color (from black to gold to silver n now an obsession with anthracite), what brand (fakes or real wheels) but mainly turning down half the wheels is the price.

Its been a big decision for me because not only do i have limited funds, spending all my money on college n these car payments and i dont want to get a set of wheels and then regret em cuz i dont like how they look.

So far i dont think ive made any progress in deciding what would go well with my Super White babi so im jus curious:

How long did it take all of you to make ur decisions on the wheels for ur tC?
If you'd like to, you can post a pic of ur car if ur proud of it. lol

If your that tight on money , you should keep it for other things. The stock rims look good and wait until you have the money b4 you buy aftermarket rims.

I knew I wanted silver 5 spokes on the car the day I bought it. I had always liked the 5 spoke design, and IMO silver goes well with the nautical blue color. It just took 5 months or so before i came across a hell of a deal and actually bought them (89 per 18" rim and 98 per tire!!).

i dont know if they're still running the deal, but they only had a tC fittable wheel (the correct offset/bolt pattern) in the silver color (which IMO wouldnt go well w/ SW). I got them at www.edgeracing.com awesome site, i got my wheel and tire combo the day after i bought them. we both live in FL too, so you should get yours next day also.
ooo i forgot to add, they're 18x7.5 +48mm offset Enkei RP02's in a silver finish.

tires= 225/40/18 falken azeni st115's

they ride awesome! before my exhaust went on, i could hear the wind noise over the tires on the h ighway. and the grip is great. i've gone a little crazy and look a 90 degree turn (2 lane road to 2 lane road) at 55 mph and i was still fine. just ask mike (whocares05050).

To be truthful, I think I'm the only one that has these wheels right now. I haven't seen another tC with them on.
