HP Racing EVO 18" What offest and tire size.

Ok i have Ground Control Coilovers and im going to buy the 18" HP Racing EVO and i was wondering what the best setup is for my coilovers and what is a god tire size i dont want to big with low pros but over al what is the correct ofset for these rims?

I have the Hp EVO 18 x 8 with a 38 offset. They have never rubbed even with people in the back. I waited a while before i got them cause I wasn't sure myself. You should have no problem with them.
