Go to their site...They have rims with lips and staggered fit for $899...It fits his price range...And any lip will get scuffed if you scrap the curb...

 

for 900 just get RPF-1's

 

Like Checho said the raderwerks are just rebadged kyowa evolves and you can get them cheaper that way. The only thing raderwerks adds is the ability to customize them. I have also heard the paint chips easy like the face.

 

As for the Raderwerks, the following have either a polished lip or machined lip and come in staggered fitment for $899...

M-TEN80B

And yes the RPF-1's are another nice choice...I was just under the impression he was looking more towards a mesh style rim...
