Default Lug Nut Help.

Ok here's the Deal. Last Tuesday I order my rims and tires, Falken Circuit Spec 17''x7''. I ordered my tires from discount tire which came in already, Nitto NeoGen 225/45ZR/17. Now A week passes and still don't hear anything about my rims. I call them up on Wednesday and get "Yea we'll call Falken Tonight and find out for you". Call up on Thursday " Yea we'll call Falken tonight and call you back tomorrow". Well no one did call back the next day so I call again "uhhh the guy that's taking care of you isn't in today. he'll be in tomorrow" So Now I'm pist off and go down there personally myself since I had some free time. I walk in and the guy's face went from a smile to *oh s%#^*. First thing he says is "Did he call you yesterday" So long story short. I find out that Falken has run out of Lug Nuts and they're on 2 weeks back order. So now I'm going back there tomorrow and I'm supposed to talk to this guy who might be able to get them from somewhere else for me. Worst comes to worse I cancel the lug nuts and go out and buy my own set somewhere. The point of this post is to rant and ask what Bolt size is our car? I understand it's 5x100 and I'm pretty sure the rims take tuner bolts but what size bolts would I need? I apologize if this has already been covered. It's been a long day for me.

Not sure if this helps you out in anyway but can you just use the stock lugs from the factory until the Falkens come in? Next thing I'd suggest/do myself is call up a Scion dealership. My buddy broke one of my wheel studs...or this "bolt" as you put it, and it was $6 part, so I'm sure they would know the size, if the part guy doesn't tell him to go ask a Scion tech. They are suppose to have access to all that info at dealerships.

Just tell Discount Tire that you want the Gorilla lugs. That's usually what they give you. I find it hard to believe they wouldn't have a set of lugs lying around there.

I don't think the stock lugs will work. Although I've been plenty wrong on numerous occasions.

yea dude that's what I said. I mean rims on back order i can understand but Lug Nuts? It's amazing. Spent over a grand on these things and 10 bucks is holding me back lol. It's not discount tire that doesn't have the lugs. I didn't order my rims with them. I ordered from Sears and according to them Falken doesn't have any lug nuts laying around which I find fairly hard to believe. I don't want to order anything else. I'm hoping I could just hop over to a local autobarn or autozone and pick up the Lug Nuts and get it over with as soon as possible. My mom doesn't really appreciate the house smelling like fresh rubber and the stack of tires in the living room. She's so inconsiderate

LMAO! inconsiderate.... LOL, um I'd call the dealer then unless someone pipes up on here that knows. All I know is it's 5X100 bolt pattern and 13/16 for the socket size to take the lugs off. Never really thought about the size of the bolt though.

Ok, I just googled "tC wheel stud" without the quotes and got these three websites that are saying "12X1.5 mm thread pitch" Does that sound right?

We sell the lug nuts you need also. And yes, you are correct. The thread pitch for a Scion TC is 12x1.5mm.
