Do aftermarket lug nuts (rays, muteki, all those brand names) fit on the stock OEM rim?

-i was planing on painting my stock rims and wanted some nice lug nuts to go with them.

-or are they only for aftermarket rims?

 

No they won't work, they are only for aftermarket rims.

hahaha well.... i make sure to lube them and mess around with them to keep them in good working condition

what about the opposite, will our stock lug nuts work with aftermarket wheels or are there specific lugs for most aftermarket wheels.

 

You will typically need aftermarket lugs for aftermarket wheels. It would be very rare to find an aftermarket wheel that our lugs fit on. Most aftermarket wheels take some sort of conical style lug where our OEM ones have a washer with a flat face.
