Default Lug Nut Troubles

What's up guys, I've got a little issue (actually my girlfriend does).

She has an '05 Scion tC and recently ordered a set of RSL Ricochet wheels (I do believe they're an Enkei replica).

Anyways, the shop I work at doesn't deal with tires/wheels/lug nuts because all of the chain businesses (Modica Bros., etc.) do all that.

Long story short, she got the wheels, we swapped cars for the day and I dropped her tC off at Modica Bros. this morning to let them swap the wheels with the tires that were on the car. I told them whatever lug nuts or centering rings it needed to do it.

Low and behold, they don't have the lug nuts needed and none of the auto parts stores do either. They said they would find out what it needed and would order them, but I wanted to try and find out myself and can't find anything.

Anybody have any ideas on what lug nuts are needed?

Should be just 12x1.5mm thread pitch lugs. Most auto parts places carry them. Unless there's a specific fit against the wheel... like rounded or flat/washer or slanted or something. Don't know about that part.

The seat will be the part you need to worry about. Some have long shank, some have washers, etc. You will need to find out which type works with those wheels.

And be sure to keep 5 of your old ones, since they will be needed for the spare if you ever have to use it. It has the same seat as the stock wheels.

I figured that since it was an Enkei replica that they shouldn't have any troubles finding the lug nuts to fit it, but they called the auto parts stores in the area (O'Reillys, AutoZone, etc.) and they didn't have anything.

I honestly didn't even think twice about the lug nuts, but once I get the car back today I'll have to look a bit closer.
