Hey guys I need help deciding on new tires.. I'm trying to decide between the Kuhmo ASX or the BF Goodrich Super Sport A/S.. I have the ASX 's on hold and the BF Goodrich's would be a day's wait which is no problem.. any help would be appreciated please.

 

Between those 2 choices, I'd go with BFG, no question.

 

It really depends on how much $crill you want to pay. If you're on a budget, go with the Kumhos.
If you can afford a better tire, go with the BFGs. Both tires are good.

 

i just got the kumho asxs and they're def worth the money
anything is better than the stockies. I have so much more traction in all conditions so if you're on a tight budget you can't go wrong with the kumhos.

 

I think the kumho's are the best bang for the buck. They have a slightly better tread wear rating and they are like $30 cheaper.

 

Id say go for BFG. They are a more reliable brand than Kumho, and are made by Michelin which is one of the best tire companies.

However, if you want to save money then go for the Kumho which is about 30-40 dollars cheaper than the G-Sports

 

well the Kuhmos are $139 and the BF goodrich are $144

 

both tires aren't the greatest.. but bang for the buck the kumhos are better... the bfg sports are one of their lowest tires avaiable.. if you're looking a decent tire the general uhps are pretty good and about the same price

 

hmm id pay the extra $20 a tire and get bf goodrich G-forces.

 

what size tire is this? You can get the kumho's for $86 and the BFGs for $121 at tirerack.com.

 

its a regular 215/45/17 .. im getting them at a tire shop tomorrow ..
i just am up in the air on which one.. I know ASX has the 30k warranty and I know the BF Goodrich(Michelin) makes great tires though..

 

like everyone is sayin, both tires are pretty good.
but the kumho's have a little higher treadwear rating.

 

Yea, I guess that is why the price is higher. After looking at the tires I actually like the BFG's better. Plus they got better reviews on discounttire.com.

just buy which ever... if you don't like them then buy a different set

 

Vredstein if you can afford them. other than that, between those choices...BFG.

 

Definately go BFG, they're worth much more than the additional $5.

His price might be the "installed" price, including mount/balance, stems, warranty, etc.
