tee, if you don't believe me look in the sponsored sales, the people here will buy from the cheapest vendor. for me i'd rather shell out a bit more for a good vender at a good product than get the cheapest thing out there.

tc owners just simply are cheap, why do you think people hate me so much? because i advertise GOOD products that are expensive. why do i do that? because they're the best and my car deserves the best, if you want to cheap out on your car so be it but you wont find me doing that. and yes i know LOTS of people on this site that their parents bought them their car. TONS of people

its not that tC owners are cheap asses thats extremely sterotypical, i dont see many tC's rolling aorund with unpainted body kits, primered lips and 2 different sets of wheels, to say thats is stupid.

i have evo 5's got them for 1200 and they are a sturdy realiable wheel. Am i a cheap ___ for buying a wheel under 2k, NO. To invest that much in a product that takes that much abuse on a daily/when ever driven basis is extremely stupid to spend that much money. There are exceptions maybe you are one, but who are you (nebster and all you other "wheel guru's") to come and yell at everyone that doesnt want to buy 4,000 dollar rims. If you say you dont do that i could bring up 20 different threads where you do.

How is it not hate when you say the wheel sucks. Maybe you should say that the wheel isnt you taste and isnt the best quiality, thats changes my opinion more that just, that wheel sucks.

It seem your just a kid that has reached his midlife crisis exremely too early and have to drop entirely to much money on wheels and criticise (sp) everyone on a forum, because thats all i've ever seen from you, critisism.

blah.

gold/bronze wheels look great on a FM you just gotta find them, which there hard to come by, i was set on them then went to hyper black evo5's, i think the bronze evo5's wouldlook good on a FM though so you should check those out also.

man if i'm having a midlife crisis at my age there is a very large problem.

either way, how is what i said stereotypical?! like i said go to the sponsored sales and check it out.

i'm not saying 1200 for wheels makes you a cheap ___, i'm saying spending 100 on a wheel is a cheap ___. If you're tires cost more than your rims there is a problem.

WHERE DO PEOPLE THINK I ONLY SAY THAT 2K RIMS ARE WORTHWHILE OH WAIT... THEY ARE, many times i recommend other budget wheels because people have limits. not everyone can afford to do what i do and i understand that. people here cannot wait and have to order stuff asap because that money is burning a hole in their pocket. Wheels in the 500 / wheel territory are good because they're a multipiece FORGED wheel. this wheel is extremely sturdy and a good product. I yell at people because if i'm nice about it they wont listen. believe me you can look previously and i DID try that. this is the only way i can get the point accross and look. . . it worked, people are talking about it and one of the people in here went from buying a crap wheel to a nice advan wheel.

Either way if you don't like me fine, i really don't care, i'm not here to be liked, i'm here to build my car and here to educate the community.

Oh and if you don't see many tc's rolling around with unpainted kits you really don't get out much. look around town, there are many tc's with primered lip kits and ____ like that, not hard to see that the tc is becoming the new civic

I ad

I don't understand this.

I spent 1100 on my 17's (with falken azenis', not really a cheap tire, yet their only like $105 a pop) and I think I spent more than I should have. Too many high-and-mighty people driving a mediocre compact grocery getter.

To me, spending alot of money on wheels for our car basically just tells me that the owner couldnt afford an Audi RS6 but wants baller wheels that belong on one.

Put that money into the only thing that can make our cars fun. Boost. If you have high hopes of turning your car into an expensive sports car, ride a bike to work till you can buy a real sports car. I love my tC and I think mine looks good for what it is. I would be fighting a losing battle trying to make it something it isnt.

If the tC is becoming a Civic, raise your bar a little bit and get something worth putting 5k into wheels for. Wheel Guru's w/ tC's FTL.

End of my rant. Brought on by somebody comparing my wheels to the "baller" ones on their late 90s Malibu.

Back to the topic, I like gunmetal on FM because it matches instead of contrasting, so it makes the car look a little cleaner IMO.

i love those rims. love that look. do it.

ya im going to paint my stockies bronze soon. so ill post pics when i do.

btw stop your _____ing please. i believe in high quality, but all believe in a fair price. i would easily by tenzo's because i have seen a lot of tc owners with them so to me that says, they are fine. ill shop around for the best price, but that doesnt make me cheap.

and with the whole parents buying you a car thing, mine bought mine, yet, everything i do after that is on me. whats the problem with someones parents buying them a car? i am going to buy my child a car when ready (and when i have children).

so nebster, i appreciate your crisitism and your research on certain rims, that has helped and will help me and many others choose the best possible rims, but think about the otherside of the spectrum sometimes.

wheel threads always suck since there is always someone that comes on it and wrecks it for no apparent reason. Seems to be a trend around here.
