btw, anybody know the construction of the vs-xx's? are any of the pieces forged? also, if i wanna take them apart, can i just unbolt them?

I believe they are 3 piece forged wheels. And, yes, if you take out the bolts, you will be able to separate the pieces.

you dont torque them down enough or what? I torque mine to 90lbs...

 

ya, one of my wheel studs broke, gonna replace it this weekend. and i actually like the look of 17's vs anything bigger. the 245's don't help the look either, but i auto-x this b!tch and like to have as much rubber as possible haha.

 

lol i lost mine the same way. over torqued it and now i gotta replace the stud..

 

I hope I don't ever over torque my nuts....I don't wanna replace my stud
