psi for 18's
#3
It should say in your owners manual and on the driver sides door jamb. Look for a sticker with the tire and yellow boxes on it. I run mine at 33 in the front and 31 in the rear. Thats a little over inflated but w/e. The number on the side of the tire is the MAX inflation pressure. I wouldn't use that unless you got $$$ to burn. Do you have the Scion/Enkei 18s or another brand? I can look up the exact numbers for the Scion/Enkei's since they came on my car and the dealer remembered to put the different tire stickers on it.

The tire pressure light I think actually only measures prolonged awkward lean (i.e. one side of the car having two flat tires or one tire being flat). Since you have 18's, get on a level surface, set the psi, and then reset the pressure "sensor". But I could be wrong...

Why is it that I am running 40psi and the tire looks extremely flat? I am using my own pressure gauge that i bought form the store.. pretty sure its correct. I feel as if i put it at 35 my tire sidewall will only be an inch tall.
btw i am running 225 40 18
Tires have no leaks.
