i know what you asked for is not listed, but 48 offset is more tucked than stock with a wider wheel so....

i know its will be more tucked in than the stock rims and more wider of a wheels. but what is the highest offset i can go on the tc with the widest wheel?

that offset is a bit to high but you can probably make it work.

I was thinking that stock is 45 offset and the stock rim is 7 inch wide. so if i get a wider offset i could go 8 inchs wide. Correct?

you're correct on your stock wheel specs. you can definitely go wider, but just remember that you'll be wider, and have less inner clearance.

I'm on trd springs and rockin' 18X8 235/40...do u think switchin to tein s-techs would cause major rubbing?

get 18x8 with a 35 of 40 offset, you dont wanna get too close on the inside or you could rub against the suspension. im gettin 18x8.5's but im gonna get a 10mm spacer up front and 15 in the rear

and pauk look at that list dude. "18x8.0x35 225/40 Tein S-Tech Rolled Fenders " meaning whoever put that there had to roll their fenders to eliminate any rubbing. open your eyes before you post. because posts like that are annoying and shouldnt be made

pro: prevents rubbing on your tire, and possibly popping or slashing it.

theres really no cons for rolling fenders besides it could be pricey and yuou could get rust if its not done properly

haha Im running h-techs with 18x8s and I rub pretty often. (granted I am running a little bigger tire...)

I am SOOO happy I didnt go with s-techs. Plus the h-techs lowered it enough for me. Just remember, it will look cool, but you still have to drive the car...

If your running 18x8s I would go with h-techs instead of stech...but thats just my 2 cents..

me either, i had hotchkis springs FOR EVERRRR then my shocks blew and i said screw it ill fork over teh extra cash and get the H&Rs, but i researched like CRAZY i didnt know if i wanted these or progress, or tiens, or k-sports, or megans, or b&g it got so confusing

H&R i heard ride was smooth (and it is) and the performance was there. they are jst what i needed. and i got the H&R sway too
