From the pic below..do u think it is flat black or glossy black?
painting my stock rims exactly like this in this weekend..please helP!

Looks like a semi-gloss. Flat wouldn't show any highlights. Semi-gloss should be easier to clean, too.

i may be wrong but i think it comes in flat, semigloss, or gloss but im not sure

Graphite wheel paint comes semi-gloss. Without any clear coat it still shines a bit.
