Default R1 racing drift hyperblack

hey fellas,
Wanted to share pics of my new wheel package. its the R1 racing drift in hyperblack. I got the 18x8 with the rear mass lips wrapped around in 225/40/18 sonar tires. I am dropped on s-teins. I really like the lip size in these.

now the lip size, figure I would take a measurement.

nice rims. i was considering buying some rims from Wheelsnext, but i heard they only give out generic brand tires. what brand of tires did you get with your set?

I got a set of sonar tires from them. I was going to get the toyo proxes from them but they convinced me that the sonar tires kept up pretty well. The sales rep said he even hard them on his G35. but with wheelsnext, you can get any brand tires you want, provided they got it of course, for an additional price.

if you saw some rims, talk to the sales rep about tire combination. am sure they can help you out.

I havent had any issues with rubbing yet. I havent driven with a car full of people yet so am not sure if i'll ever have rubbing issues. As far as offsets are concern I really dont know. I know that the rear mass lips has a different offset that the front rims. Give wheelsnext a call, they are really helpful when it comes to those things

do you know what the offset is? i'm runnin the same springs and am considering 18x8's but i'm not sure about the offset. I'm thinking +35 so if you knew what yours was it would help me out a lot

I dont know what my offset is. i know its different between the front and rear. I just went with the fact that others have similar rims on their tc
