hey question for you guys.....if i buy a set of wheels that are 17x9 offset 18...how much poke would i have considering that i have to use adapters that are 1 inch thick as well to fit 5x100...would it be too much work on the fenders?

Nope. Just want to be perfectly flush (with minimal camber), no poke. Fronts are there. Rears need either 5 or 8mm spacer.



Side note: Is it safe to run 8mm spacer without extended lugs?

just push it out with a 10mm bolt on spacer.. lol wouldn't risk doing 8 cuz that would decrease a lot of thread contact with ur lug nuts.

 

Yea I ran 5mm for 50K miles safely, plenty of turns on the lugs, but not sure about 8mm...

 

I'd have to cut the studs to do this, right?
