They are def in need of refinishing, I'm just going to run them as is. No care.

Center caps are a bit difficult to remove well not if u gorilla grip. But buy a center cap remover on eBay $10, and then use a 17mm wrench comes off easily. But put some tape on the inside if u powder coat the wheels so it won't damage the paint.
I got the center caps and tool in a few days from a local shop so I'll be giving them a call to order another. I'll try the gorilla grip tactic and to remember about taping the centers after paint.
