Here is a really good calculator to help determin the inner clearence and how far out a rim offset will look compaired to stock.
http://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp
FYI
Stock 17 X 7 w/ 45 offsett
And BTW with a 17X8 w/ 25 offset you will have 7mm more inner clearence and 33mm more in the outer position!! that is 1.29' inches!

hope this helps

Stech are not a raked lowering they even out the uneven factory height. This would make the wheels stick out 33mm each. I dont think they will fit. I just ordered, 17x8 et35. They are going to be tight as it is. I will let you know how much clearance there is once I get them installed.

Since we are on the topic of Rota wheels will these fit on S-techs......

Size: 16 x 7.0
Lug: 5x100
Offset: 45 or 48

What offset would one get if they would. 45 or 48.

With the 16 x 7 +45 it would look the same as your stock wheel. Meaning same inner and outter settings. (stock is 17 x 7 +45)
As for the 16 x 7 +48 the inner would be 3mm less clearence, and the outter would be RETRACTED by 3mm.

Both will fit. Hope this helps
