haha nice try lol. i got alot of looks with those rims, but im goin 18's and superchargin it. Any takers...i paid 1,500 just for the rims and im sellin the rims and toyo proxes 4 tires with the wheel locks and tool kit for only 1,200 including shipping. They only have 3,000 miles on them.

well they dont make sevas in 18 or ide get them, i wanna focus more on speed, so a lighter smaller wheel is the first step. Plus im lowering my tc on s techs and exel is about the only wheel i can find with a 45 offset.

 

well if your focusing on speed, then get light weight 17s.

ie. konig feathers for 17x7.5 with a 40 offset weigh 16.8 lbs. pretty light.

no those would work perfectly, pretty much a stock offset except it will be a little more flush, but the perfomance gains would be very noticable. get some 225s on it or even 215s and you'll be on the irght path.

 

well i was thinkin bout goin with the 18x7.5 with 225/35/18 tires becuase 215/35/18 is too skinny and i see alot of 225/40/18 tires which seems to be the most used size for 18's. I like how some 225/40's look but others seem like the wall of the tire is to tall. do u get wat im sayin or am i being too confusing?

 

yea but like i said if your goin for performance then 18s are the wrong way, you want a 17 thats wider then stock to fit wider tires
so a 17.5 with 225s or 235s would be good, and get a different drop, you lose handeling perfoamnce with s-techs
