im gonna join the painted stockies club too very soon lol!. colors in question: yellow, tangerine, gold, bronze, and maybee neon green (similar to hoodie's u can say)

which color you guys think i should do?

 

not white lol. choose clear very carefully..____ turns yellow on white.

 

er..poop again lol..i forgot they blocked those words. the clear turns yellow soemtimes on white paint.

 

any recommendations on clear?

 

ive seen green rims on a black SRT-4...they just dont look good.
for some reason i feel like crazy colored rims look best on white cars. idk...

 

i agree 100% its the only color that can get away with it IMO

 

yeah and the reason for that is that unless you're using high quality base paints and clears it's actually a chemical reaction from sunlight. And the type of paint is going to play into what degree the color can change... ie...acrylics, lacquers, etc.
Neither of which is going to be high quality coming out of a rattle can.

 

Yeah, I saw a black Mini Cooper with bright lime green rims driving down the freeway about two months ago and I wanted to gouge my eyes out.

 

geez lol, scratch that idea then. what other colors is like.. out there but not offensive? on a bsp of course.

 

Dont do orange, purple, green or blue. I have those colors.

 

for a BSP id say.... Black lol i havent really seen any other color. OH! wait, go back a few pages and look at the Photoshop that tctctc did. that color would look good

 

Dark bronze or a really dark purple (violet, I guess?) would be pretty cool, actually.

i think yellow would look ok hahaha. or maybe like a dark red, like maroon or something. honestly just do what you feel you like. since its spray paint you can always just redo it later

 

Yeah, pretty much.
Maybe slightly darker and slammed to the mfing ground.

 

I am on stechs. Low enough for me as a dd in Wisconsin.

 

No no, I'm not saying I don't like it or that you're not low enough or anything, I'm just giving the other guy ideas on what would look sweet.

That's seriously a nice color, though.
