lol wifey is super cool with it, she likes all this stuff... shes going to be helping me take the other 3 apart tomorrow(sunday) and begin prepping them, taking them apart etc etc. shes like her man dirty i guess lmao

and yea my hands looks like ****!! lol i'd wear rubber gloves but i need to constantly feel the metal for imperfections or roughness. ill try to take a pic of my hands in the process... they look like they were washed with black sharpies lol.

BTW i just finished both stages of polishing... pls stay tuned .. as soon as the camera is charged ill be taking pics of the final results... time to go to bed for tonight... pz!

UPDATE:

ok so last night i stayed up late after wifey went to bed to finish up the stage 1 polishing and stage 2. here are the pics

heres a pic as promised of the buffing pad i used + my 20 dollar variable speed 3/8 drill lol..got that bish on sale at ace hardware from an original 49.99 DOWN TO 19.99!! woot!! and its raw i love the variable speed control!

here is some stage 1 polishing pics

here are some stage 2 polishing + hand buffing with a micro fiber towel

as you can see i now i have a mirror finish on this ****... and it looks flawless after a nice buffing and taking off all the loose particles of polish...

here are some pics of PRE assembly!!! WOOT!! almost done with wheel number 1...

there you go guys... probably the best update so far and marks the 95% completion point of the wheel... up next will be assembly and final pics of the wheel complete.
