^^ Fail, sorry but you will get FLAMED if you do that

If you want a staggered setup, it all depends on if you're willing to do fender modification

if not, look into Axis wheels, who offers maxis lip option but same width, if you don't mind doing some fender rolling/shaving
your best size setup would be

18x8.5, 18x9.5 +35 all around

that will make you flush

i agree with skyon...if you do go with this...do the semi staggered with just a difference in lip size because it will look kinda retarded seeings that the tC is FWD

why not just stick with the convential one size all around so you don't have issues with rotations. its not an FR so there's no point in having a wider set up in the rear. but, if you want to do it, go for it, sky-on's suggestion sounds pretty good.

its done for looks. Toyota purposely designed the rear fenders/quarter panels wider than the fronts, so the rear wheels on a "conventional one size" look further pushed it. FWD Hondas dont have wider rear fenders, so they dont need to worry about filling out the rear with wider wheels or lower offsets.

225/40/18 front, 235/40/18 rear. you could go 245/40/18 rear, but it'll increase your chances of rubbing.
