$600-700 a wheel isnt that expensive. HRE's or even some BBS wheels on the market are much more expensive. I paid about $500 a wheel for my Volks.

well not expensive in the wheel world, but when you put it on an economy car that runs 15 sec 1/4s...

i like the silver better on your color.

i'm a fan of volk, i like the CE28 racing lightweight. found them for $425.00 ea.
That pic is of the LE28N Volks. The CE28 doesnt have the polished lip.

thanks, i should have been more specific because there are several CE28s.

theVolk LE28N is also called the CE28N-L or CE28N-"Limited". another CE, the CE28N has no polished lip and another, the CE28NF has no lip at all. here they are:

CE28N-L:

CE28N:

CE28NF:

i assume the LE designation is a new number, but i'm gonna clarify the $425.00 price i was quoted was for the polished LE28 (or CE28N-L), because i don't particularly like the color matched lip or no lip )

I was told the LE28N is a North America only name. In Japan they are CE28N Limited Edition (or something like that).

Yes thats why they are CE28N-L... (L-Limited) Which in America it is the LE28N. they didnt want to get these confused with the others. Atleast this is what was explained to me. They also have the Time Attack Black with red-rim-strip, which will not be released here in America, but if you know a good importer you can get them. Like vividracing.com. But i do believe they only come in the 114.3 bolt pattern. I also do not like the full colored rim, only with the polished/chrome lip. One this i do like is the the LE28N does come in 19x8.5 in 5x100.... this is one rime i love... If you ever want to know what offsets Volk/Work/Advan or other rims goto vividracing.com , look in the wheels section, and look for your rim in 5x100, click on it, and look for the offset they offer them in. The 19 Volk LE28N's come in 43 or 35 offset, perfect (35) for 19 applications on our rides.

vivid racing isnt the best actually..they only show offsets that are in stock, not what are availible. i think autornd is the best, but thats my opinion

and does anyone know why WORK's website is down?

here is my theory, if they dont respond to a possible sale email within 48 hours i look elsewhere. I dont mind waiting but communication is key and i dont like if i have to mess around with people not returning my emails. You would think that if they have a internet based business they would have more then just one guy doing the work, alot of sites i have ordered from lately have been unreliable and i have had horrible communication. I hate to say it but i actually have had better service and luck on ebay then several sites that i have tried to do busines with.
