Hey guys,

I'm looking at a set of rims that are 18inch in diameter with a width of 8.5. The tires they have are 225/30/20. I need to know if these will fit my 2005 Tc. I'd really appreciate the help. I've owned two other cars before this one and have never purchased aftermarket rims and tires. Thanks

I know there is a chart but to be honest I wasn't sure if the wheel size included tires. If my rim is 18 inches wide without the tire would those be considered 18s or 20s. Sorry for being an idiot. Thanks again

Why would you run 20 inch tires on an 18 inch wheel?

Like I said I don't know very much about this. I think I made that clear in my post. Anyway I guess it will be easier to post the link and you can tell me if they will fit. Hows that.

I was just going off specs that were posted by the seller. But two comments now and no answer to my question. Just smartass remarks like always on this site. I just need to know if they will fit with no problems on a stock Tc.

Are you serious! I was trying to help you. The specs the seller posted clearly state 20x8.5.

Yea, got it. Did you even read the rest of the listing?! Obviously not so let me help you out a bit...

up for auction is a complet set of 20" wheels and tires

these wheels feature a brand new CHROME FINISH and we just installed tires for the pictures. wheels are 20 x 8.5 . these wheels have a front 225/30/20 WANLI and rear 235/35/20 NEXEN tires

If you look at the pic of that ugly POS Neon you will see that the wheels are obviously 20's and not 18's as you previously stated. Now if you answer my question maybe I can help you a little more... DO YOU WANT 18's or 20's?

I have read the description but like I said there was conflicting information. But your right had I looked at the picture those are in fact 20s. So to answer your questions if these 20s will fit that what I would like to have. If 20s won't fit then I guess I'll have to go smaller. Thanks again.

you'll rub, mostly wherever you put the 225/35/20's but they will technically fit

they should work it is recomended not to go over 8" width size for the tc. i also wouldnt do more than 225/30/20 for the tire it makes the wheel radius 1/2 inch taller 3 miles slower at 60 mph odometer reading. anyways thoes wheels would fit if you rolled the fenders

Hello,

I am a little confused on what you mean by "Rolled Fenders", the reason I asked is because I am looking to purchase a set of 19" replacing my exisiting 17", I do have TRD lower springs currently on my car. So i want to make sure I got all my ducks in the right basket before buying the rims.

Thanks.
