I am not sure that a tire can help out too much... other than size. If you have low profile, you are going to have a stiffer ride on the wheels and it will be transfered throughout the car.

I have Falkons on 18's and they do make some noise. The yokohama's that I had on the stock 17's were very nice. I just chalked up the added noise to the stiffer tire for the low profile, but I guess I could be wrong.

For a simple answer - as far as road noise goes, I think the best thing to do would be get your car dynamatted or soud deadened. As for the vibration, you got me... better shocks?

Watching to see what you find out.

Of course I'd say the Toyo Proxes4. Because they are comfortable. as comfortable as the OEM Bridgestone RE92's were.. The RE92 were comfy. but that's about it.
The Proxes4 are as comfortable as the RE92's but better everything else, traction, handling, road noise, steering feel, etc..

Sorry everyone.. I don't always want to sound like an advertisement for the Proxes4! lol.. I did have the Pirelli PZero Nero's before.. Those are like strapping on concrete blocks to your tC.
Ridiculously hard riding! Would be perfect on a "perfect" road.. namely a RACE TRACK! But the real world, things are different.

You should also make sure to get your wheel/rim measured for run out, make sure the vibration you're feeling isn't coming from a bent wheel/rim.

If you don't wanna spend that much, look at some Nitto Neogens, maybe some Hankook Ventus'

BFG Gefore sport 2 is deffinately more comfortable and quieter than the Stock potenzas...and grip like a charm...kinda pricey tho.. that takes my vote...only 92 per tire...

For comfort and ride quality, try the Bridgestone Potenza LS-V/Z. Above average performance, but will ride 3x better than anything. Not cheap, however.
