Hi, I'm purchasing wheel adapters from this site: http://adaptitusa.com/5x100to5x112wheeladapters.aspx

My main issue is figuring out if i need a Lug Stud Conversion Kit (the option that asks "Does your vehicle take lug bolts?").
And if i do, which option do I select?

I already found out that the lug stud size of the tC is 12x1.5

if you select the drop down menu it will show: "12x150 lug stud conversion kit" with a bunch of numbers to the left of it in parentheses. does anyone know what those numbers signify?
