Default Wheels or Tires Causing Pulling to the Right

I bought a set of Tenzo R wheels with tires already on them last summer from another tC owner who had them previously on his car for 3 months. When I put them on my car, it started pulling to the right, so I had a shop take a look at why. They looked at the tires and my car and said that the tires were already balanced correctly and my car didn't need an alignment. So, they tried rotating the front tires to the back (these tires are rotational) and this eliminated the problem. However, if I put either one of the tires that are now on the back on the front, it starts pulling to the right again.

Is the problem with the wheels or the tires? Is there anything I can do to fix it? The tires have a lot of tread left so I'd like to continue using them as long as I can. Would switching which side of the car the tires are on help? I.e. remounting the front right tire onto the front left wheel and vice versa so that it's still going in the right rotational direction, but on the other side of the car.

Some information that may or may not be useful...
- I have TRD lowering springs installed and had an alignment after they settled
- The tires are 225/40-18 and stock wheel size for my tC was 215/45-17
- With stock wheels and tires on the car, it drives straight with no pulling

take to a place and have them re-mounted and balanced. i had to do that with one of my wheels a month or so ago and it corrected the problem

I think it's just a flaw with the tire. I had an alignment done this week and they told me that one of my tires had a "pull" and that it would cause the car to pull right if it was on the front. Thus I can no longer rotate my tires. I asked them if I did rotate my tires causing the pull to come back, if I could bring my car back and have it fixed with another alignment, and they said no.

I'm not a an expert tho, so someone else may chime in with better info.

it could be from uneven tire wear, the person who had them before may have needed an alignment which would cause the tires to wear unevenly and may cause a pull

Make sure the tires have the same Tread wear evenly across the tire. pretty much a tire problem.
