im planning on getting the drag dr11 glossy black rims

its 17/7/40 with either 4x100 bolt pattern or 5x100 bolt pattern...i also plan to get tein h-tech with the rs1 front lip so would that cause my car to have rubbing or be too low(scratching the lip)?

 

1.) As for fittment on H-tech you should be fine based on the fact that is it a 17 in rim. 2.) Based on rubbing you should also be fine.

Have 5 mm less inner clearnce (fine)
and
Have 5 mm extended outter lip. (fine)

And as for the RS1 kit, it is stated and advertises that it does not lower bodylines. Now this may not be entirely true, so I would still be cautious about inclines and such but I think that you will be ok.
