Smile 2014 tc door panel cup holder LED's

Does anyone know if I can tap into the wires on the driver side or passenger side controls for window/locks to power up led's to illuminate the cup holders? I can put up a picture of the wire contector with the different wire colors if that would help I'm sure out of the 8 wires that are there I can tap into one of them?

If someone has a better idea, I'm open to suggestions?

Of the wires in the connector for the windows/locks there should be a wire that is either always hot or hot when car is on. On the driver's side there should a wire that signals the leds in the buttons when the lights are on. The passenger side doesn't have leds in the button so that wire isn't there. Only way to find out which wire is given power and when is with a multimeter.

This doesn't answer your question fully, but lets you know you're right about there being a wire that will work lol

Edit: My susgestion is that when you wire it up, wire with some sort of quick disconnect so that if you have to take the door panel off, you won't mess up the wiring, the led, or the connector.
