2014 tC Hood Deflector Install
Anybody know where the hell I can find install instructions for this. I'm pretty sure they are supposed to come with a small instruction sheet but I just picked mine up from the dealer and it did not have any instructions.
That or anyone installed one on a 2014. Haven't seen anybody with one. I drive highway in Canada so it's necessary to have one even tho its ugly as hell. I can't even find instructions for 2011-2013.

No worries. Sorry i didn't update. I got it installed myself. Not hard to figure out. Was just trying to make it easier on myself. Still don't know what that measuring tape that came with it was for.

I'm sorry to revive an old thread but do you know what the model number is of the hood deflector? I drive about 70 miles a day to work and the highway i take just kills the front of the car because of the trucks kicking up the rocks and I was hoping to find the deflector somewhere here in the states. I know its a canadian product but I want and well need one really bad.

Speaking from experience I went a different route. I had a hood deflector on my 2006 xB, a notorious rock catcher. It didn't work that well.
I still caught rocks on the hood. That's why I went with Paint Protection Film (Clear Bra) on my 2015 RS9. It works perfect on my black hood,
costly but well worth it.
As an Alternative. I would suggest you consider a Vinyl Wrap. It would conceal the rock pits and you can choose a matching or contrasting color.
I would seek a reliable Pro Shop in your area. Just a Friendly Tip.
