Can someone explain me this? Some people say, the color will change after 5 minutes or so... but it didn't change at all...

usually this is caused by the bulb. swap the bulbs to make sure that its not the ballast.

Start up will always be a green color. I had the same issue. Swap bulbs to confirm the issue is bulbs not ballasts. Wipe the bulbs with am achohol swab. Oils will cause color change and possibly burn out faster. Double check the fog alignment. Alignment can cause them to appear a slightly off color at angles. And those that don't know, 3,000 k do not seem as intense yellow as they do in other fog housings. The VRD fogs I had on my 08' were very intense.
