Default Lamin-X

Has anyone installed those on their car?

I'm about to place an order for two film-sheets of TINT (6%) Lamin-X to put on my tail-lights. Was considering getting the smoked (10%) but I don't want the taillights to be too dark.

I originally had bought VHT Night-Shades but I'd rather have a film i can remove at my leisure than have to sand down my tail-lights.

Your take on Lamin-X?

taillights don't really need a thick protective sheet.. i'd just go for a cheaper, thinner vinyl film instead.

if you were going to buy it anyway without thinking of possibly considering someone else's opinion... then why even ask?

oh... sorry the reply wasn't quicker

i've seen the material.. it's pretty good.. but it's more protective than what you really need, and thus costing you a bit more than it could be.

tryin' to help save people money, yanno
