Default Mud Guards/ 5 axis kit

This is a quick question, and an admin can close it when its answered.

I just want to know if the OEM mudguards will fit with the 5 axis body kit for the tC2. I don't want to make a useless purchase and have to compromise.

TRD sparks says :DOES NOT FIT VEHICLES WITH LIP KIT OR BODY KIT. That should be self explanatory, but I want to see if anyone has modded either the guards or the kit, to have both.
