It cracked the bumper around the bottom it's rather large. Gonna try to heat it up and weld them together per say with heat gun.

darn that's just rotten luck. i hope you can fix it.
maybe there is a way to fill those spots in with something, sand and touch-up+clear coat?

Full coverage insurance with low deductible? May be worth the money to have it good as new.

i think insurance would increase in this case, right? If he had them take care of this repair.

Will not file insurance with this. Too petty , may cost me 500 buts it's cheaper than a premium raise in long run.

If I replaced bumper it's 337 but it's I painted, figure xxx amount for labor and paint. 600 total?

Doesn't look absolutely horrible. Like Newman said, filler, sand, primer, respray whole bumper and color-blend onto surrounding panels so that you can't see any difference in paint? Definitely looks repairable though.

If you decide to spice up the rear end though, shoot me a pm ;).
