Default Removing the TC badge

Exactly that. I have a TC2 and would like to remove the TC badge not the Scion badge that is discussed in the sticky.

Any tips or videos on how would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

get a fishing string and a heat gun, apply heat to it (not so much) just enough to get the glue or double sided tape soft and with the fishing string go behind the emblem and slowly start peeling it off...that's exactly what I did =)

yes, just have it on longer and closer

also use something like GooGone after to easily get any tape residue off

I used floss, takes like 30 seconds to heat up with a hair dryer. Just make sure to wipe down the left over adhesive with goo gone and you're good to go.

Removed it with a semi soft plastic squeegee with a sharp end in about 15 seconds. No heating required. Removed the rest of the residue with my thumb and a bit of rubbing alcohol.

I leave the back end in the sun all day then use dental floss to remove. Follow up with some goo-gone and you should be golden

I didn't even use a hair dryer, I just used floss and took it off, just be sure to avoid peeling it off with your hands or with any force, the part where the T and the C link together is weak so it might crack or break.

I used dental floss, then after the badge was off I heated up the remaining double sided tape with a heat gun and it pealed off very easily.
