Default Supertek "RS" style honeycomb grille - Group Buy

Hi,

We are currently gauging the potential interest in a RS honeycomb grille replica. We are past the sample and design phase already but want to get an idea by offering a group buy,

3/18/2013 UPDATE: GROUP BUY HAS STARTED

Given the very large start up costs to produce this, we would need about 100 sign ups and 50% deposit to get this going. Deposit would not be taken until group buy actually finalized and production confirmed.. We will keep everyone updated with each step of the process!

Group Buy Price is $99.99 + Ship. Regular Price will be $119.99 after the group buy.

If we cannot get 100 sign ups then we will reevaluate based on the # of people commited.

4/7/13 Update:

The OEM RS series grille is now available on our site. We were able to obtain a very limited amount that we originally were going to use for testing. Given interest in the replica grille is a little bit less than we hoped, we are going to offer you guys these grilles for the time being.

I would be down but make it unique in some way maybe ad color options for $100? And id be willing to pay $75-80 for the standard black $100 seems a bit steep for a single bottom grill but most important make sure it snaps in just like the stock if its got they quality I'm sure you can get your $100 out of it

Yea!! Do the fogs too! That would be awesome! I bet everyone without fogs would buy them! I'd pay more than 100 for the lower grill and the fogs!

Hi,

Thank you for all of the interest and feedback.

The first production of this product would most likely be just like that of the original RS 7.0 (and 8.0) grille. Fitment, installation, materials and construction would just like OEM, no changes as it will snap right in.

We think the honeycomb grille "as is" is the perfect compliment to any TC and gives the front end a more aggressive look. Additional pieces such as center grille and foglight grilled would most likely be for future discussion. The startup costs for the center grille alone are incredibly high so we need to know there is enough interest beforehand.

Keep the great ideas coming!
