Do you have details on the door clip part numbers you used? Are there issues with the door operation with the rack in place? Finally, in your opinion can the rack as installed support 70 pounds? I plan to haul a canoe on the rack - I'll use the tow eyes to secure the bow and stern of the canoe.

Any thoughts on this plan.

I used the fit guide on Yakima.com to know which clips to pick up, door closing is fine, doesn't hinder it at all... And I'm sure you can haul a canoe... I had 3 bikes on the roof at one time with no issues

Roof racks look ridiculous

Q128 for the rear..
Standard q towers.
I use the 58" bars I believe.

 

Ud be surprised how many peole do it for looks alone
