Default Descendant cold air intake?

Hey guys, so I recently found out that descendant company discontinued their intake. I tried contacting racingsolution, fastscions, trd sparks, and mengmotorsports. Would there be any other sellers that I can try contacting for a descendant CAI?
Thanks in advance!

For real? I wonder why they pulled it? From everything I've heard it was one of the best intakes on the market. Maybe a new and improved model?

well when i called them about it, they said that theyre gonna discontinue it because theres already so many other brands out there and they are not selling fast enough.. but as for the best intake, i cant say anything about if that is true or not because ive only tried the injen. I wanted to switch because of the color, but at the same time, i do want to give descendant a try. i dont think theyre making a better/improved intake. but i wanna know how i can still get one if possible.

I'm still seeing it on Fast Scions...

You sure they have already discontinued this part?

Most places won't sell it unless they have some laying around. A lot of times the vendor just orders them from the manufacturer as the customer orders the item, especially if its not something that is a huge selling item from there store. So chances are unless you find a shop with one collecting dust on a shelf you are SOL on getting a new one and may have to consider keeping an eye out in the classifieds section.

What????

That's like saying the Green Bay Packers have decided to give up football to concentrate on volleyball.

Your going to have to bring some proof to the table for me to believe it.

proof? wait a while and you'll seem them doing other cars. i don't have anything else as i dont record my own voice during conversations.

also GB is doing good in football and football is doing good for GB, no reason to leave. same can't be said with the Scion market.

World Motorsports has always done more than just scion builds. If it has wheels and motor they'll make it go fast. Now the descendant side of the business has been exclusive to scion. I believe their shop is actually on the Toyota California campus.

It's one thing to say they are diversifying their product line beyond scions, it's another to say they are dropping scion.

u dont have to believe me if you dont want to, but isnt it is a logical reason why there are no more descendant cais (topic of the thread)?

and i know WR has done others cars...either descendant is no longer exclusive or they are done

and WR is close to it...right next door in fact, but not on the campus itself

Another logical reason is they are in the process of rolling out a new model and want to get rid of the old stock before they release the latest and greatest.

It's not that I don't believe you, it's that I don't want to believe you. I had plans for some Decendant equipment additions under my hood in the near future.
