Default Dezod Header Install...

Installed a Red header on my friends tC2 and this happened:

Also the extenders for the O2 sensor did not plug in into de plugs in of the O2 sensors, we ended up grinding away the ridges on the outside of each plug so hey could fit in each other.

We had an issue with the O2 extensions, but since has been solved. One digit off on the connector keys it the wrong way. Mis-pick from manufacturer. Anyway, how did that happen? Must have some movement up there on the header? How are the motor mounts on that car?

We don't know how it happened. The car was bought new and used for 3 months and we left for Afghanistan for a year and got back 3 days ago and installed the header last night and when I got under it to install the after market exhaust I came across that. Like I mentioned the car is brand new.

The car works fine for now, I just think the bung for the O2 sensor sits a little low.

Do you know of anyone else having some issues when installing a Red header on their tC?
