Default Dezod header install questions

Just got my Dezod catless header and I had 2 questions:

How does the O2 bung work? It looks like there are three different sized pieces that allow a or to pass through that go inline with the o2 sensor?

Also, do I need to buy new spring bolts or are the stock ones reusable?

Thanks

Ok, I figured out about the spring bolts and how the o2 bung goes on, my only question is the bung has 3 different opening sizes from about 1/8", 3/16" and 1/4". Anyone know which is the best for our cars? I'm trying to get this right the first time so I don't have to take it apart again

We have been testing the largest orfice and so far so good. The car has 52 miles on it without code.
